We are proud to bring you this wonderful vacation at a price that is sure to make you smile!  We congratulate you on finding our big savings deals and want to be upfront and clear about the terms and conditions that apply to this package.  We work with a local company in Branson that allows us to extend to you these great offers.  They hold presentations on their product and service to introduce you to some unbelievable savings that even exceed those of the bigger resort developers around.  How it all works and what it means for you is exactly what you will be learning about during this fun and low-key presentation held at their Branson office.  This is a simple, yet effective means to advertise to the traveling public.  Enjoy your savings and have fun!

-Must be willing to attend a professional and courteous 90 minute presentation in Branson.

-Married couples must be at least 28 years in age that have an annual income greater than $40,000 per year. 

-Non-married couples must live together and have proof of same residence, be at least 28 years in age with an annual income greater than $40,000 per year.

-Single men or woman currently not accepted for this promotion.

-Must have and travel with 2 forms of Identification being a government issued photo ID and a major credit card (Not Debit Card) or checkbook. 

-Must live at least 100 miles from Branson.

-Must speak and read English fluently and be a U.S. or Canadian Citizen.

-Presentation must be attended on 2nd day of vacation.  Cannot be on day of arrival.

-Only one promotional package may be used by any family, group, or individuals traveling together or on similar dates. 

BigBransonSavings.Com and Mr. Niceguy's Vacations reserve the right to cancel and refund your package if we believe the above conditions are not being met by a current customer.  All customers will be required to have a credit or debit card on file to guarantee package and reservations.  This applies even when customer is paying through Paypal online.  All package prices are total price with no additional fees charged to the customer, as long as the terms above are met and customer attends the included presentation.  We reserve the right to charge your card a $39 service charge and 1 night at rack rate if, and only if; The customer does not arrive on their scheduled date.  To be perfectly clear, by purchasing you authorize Mr. Niceguy's Vacations to charge your card if you fail to arrive on your scheduled arrival date without notice, fail to attend your presentation, or fail to qualify for your scheduled presentation.  You will not be billed, nor do you authorize any additional charges when you arrive, qualify and attend your scheduled, no obligation presentation.  Please understand that the presentation holds absolutely no obligation purchase, buy, join, or sign anything.  Your simple qualifying and attendance is all that is required. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (Promotional Packages)

We understand that situations arise and things do come up that could keep you from traveling or using your vacation package on your scheduled dates.  We have a 72 hour cancellation period from your date of arrival.  Our policy is simple and flexible!  You are allowed 1 cancellation and reschedule with your package.  All additional cancellations made prior to the 72 hour cancellation time may incur a $20 processing fee.  If you fail to cancel till within the 72 hours, a 1 night charge may be assessed to your package, or a $50 fee, whichever is less.  If you fail to cancel your reservation entirely and do not arrive you will incur a $39 service fee and 1 night rack rate charge.  All package sales are non-refundable and any no show fees will be withdrawn from package price, prior to billing customer any additional costs.  We do not issue refunds on our low priced packages.  We will continue to work with customers on a case by case basis, but maintain and adhere to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.  Refunds will not be issued for early checkouts or items unused.  By purchasing this package you agree to all terms and conditions listed.  Please contact us with any questions.  We are here to work for you!
